1. Trial offer
An eligible business organization may use INSINTA for 14 days without providing a payment card. The trial begins when the organization is successfully created and the service records the trial start. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription, and INSINTA does not charge at trial end.
The trial is intended to evaluate INSINTA's current organization, location, asset, QR, incident, evidence, workflow, notification, and history capabilities. It is not a production-service guarantee or an Enterprise proof of concept unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Eligibility and authority
The person activating the trial must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and be authorized to act for the organization. Registration may require an invitation or approved access. INSINTA may limit the offer to one trial per organization or related business and may reject duplicate, fraudulent, automated, abusive, or security-risk attempts.
3. Trial plan and limits
The trial uses the plan and limits shown in the product when it is created. Plan controls may cover organizations, locations, assets, members, storage, and photos per report or proof. Incidents have no commercial count quota, but security, rate, abuse, file, storage, and technical safeguards apply.
Anonymous public reporters do not consume member capacity. A public report remains subject to validation, abuse protection, evidence limits, and the organization's reporting configuration.
4. No payment commitment
No card is required for the trial. No automatic payment is initiated when the 14 days end. A paid subscription requires a separate OWNER action, display of the applicable price and renewal terms, acceptance of the paid policies, and authoritative confirmation from Paddle where Paddle purchasing is available.
5. End of trial
At the end of the trial, organization business mutations become read-only unless a paid entitlement has been confirmed. Authorized users may continue to read supported organization data and manage personal account or session functions, subject to security restrictions. INSINTA does not automatically delete organization data when the trial ends.
INSINTA does not currently offer a self-service bulk organization export or organization-deletion control. An authorized OWNER may request assisted export or deletion review through [email protected]. Requests require identity and authority verification and remain subject to technical capability, third-party rights, lawful retention, evidence integrity, legal hold, and backup expiry.
6. Early purchase
An OWNER may buy an available paid plan before trial end where Paddle purchasing is available. Paid access starts only after authoritative payment and subscription confirmation. The remaining free-trial time is not cash, credit, or refundable value and ends when the paid entitlement activates.
7. Acceptable use and termination
The INSINTA Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply throughout the trial. INSINTA may suspend or end a trial for material breach, fraud, abuse, unlawful use, security risk, or attempts to evade eligibility or platform controls. Mandatory rights are unaffected.
