1. Scope

These Paid Subscription Terms supplement the INSINTA Terms and Conditions for a paid organization subscription. The purchasing user must be the organization OWNER and authorized to bind the organization. One subscription covers one organization unless a signed Enterprise order expressly provides otherwise.

2. Merchant of Record

For orders processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and online reseller. Paddle receives payment details directly, processes payment and applicable tax, issues transaction documents, and provides payment, cancellation, customer-service, and return support. Paddle's Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, and Privacy Notice apply to its payment services. INSINTA provides and supports the product.

3. Plans, prices, and capacity

The public catalog is denominated in United States dollars:

  • Starter: USD 39 monthly or USD 390 annually; one organization, 100 active locations, 200 active assets, 5 members, 2 GiB private storage, and 3 photos per report or proof submission.
  • Growth: USD 99 monthly or USD 990 annually; one organization, 600 active locations, 1,500 active assets, 20 members, 20 GiB private storage, and 5 photos per report or proof submission.
  • Business: USD 249 monthly or USD 2,490 annually; one organization, 3,000 active locations, 10,000 active assets, 60 members, 100 GiB private storage, and 10 photos per report or proof submission.
  • Enterprise: an individual proposal only. No public Enterprise price, capacity, service level, response time, onboarding, migration, training, integration, or other service is included unless stated in an approved signed order.

Annual catalog prices equal ten monthly payments. Checkout displays the authoritative currency, taxes, and total before confirmation. Incidents have no commercial count quota. Anonymous public reporters do not consume member capacity. Security, abuse, rate, file, storage, and technical controls apply on every plan.

4. Order and activation

Before ordering, the OWNER can review and correct the organization, plan, interval, customer details, and other editable Checkout information. The OWNER confirms authority and accepts the linked Terms, Paid Subscription Terms, and Refund Policy before payment.

Paid access activates only after INSINTA receives and reconciles authoritative Paddle confirmation. A pending, draft, ready, failed, or otherwise unconfirmed transaction does not grant paid access. Product state shown before that confirmation is not evidence that payment succeeded.

5. Automatic renewal

A paid subscription automatically renews for periods equal to the selected monthly or annual billing interval until canceled. Paddle charges the saved payment method on or around the renewal date, subject to Paddle's terms and applicable law. Paddle provides transaction documents and legally required notices.

6. Upgrades

An available same-interval upgrade takes effect after Paddle confirms it. Paddle calculates immediate proration, tax, and payment. INSINTA does not calculate or promise the exact proration independently. If payment fails and Paddle prevents the change, the existing plan remains in effect.

7. Downgrades

An available same-interval downgrade is scheduled for the next renewal boundary. INSINTA preserves the already-paid current-plan access and limits until that boundary. The provider subscription price may be replaced with the target price using a no-immediate-charge/no-credit operation while INSINTA records the pending plan separately.

At renewal, the target plan becomes current only after authoritative provider state and paid-period reconciliation. If current usage exceeds the target limits, INSINTA does not automatically delete data. New capacity-increasing actions may be blocked until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded. A pending downgrade may be cancelable only through the supported flow and before the provider safety cutoff.

8. Billing interval changes

Changing Monthly to Yearly or Yearly to Monthly within an existing subscription is not currently available. A customer should not cancel and repurchase merely to change intervals without first contacting [email protected], because doing so may create overlapping or interrupted entitlements.

9. Payment failure and grace

For a previously paid Paddle subscription with authoritative PAST_DUE status, INSINTA may allow up to seven days of grace while Paddle attempts payment recovery. Grace is not a waiver or extension of the billing contract. If payment is recovered, normal paid access continues. If it is not recovered or Paddle cancels the subscription, the organization becomes read-only when the grace or paid entitlement ends.

The trial does not restart after a payment failure, cancellation, refund, downgrade, or reactivation.

10. Cancellation and resume

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The organization keeps its paid plan and limits through that period and becomes read-only afterward unless another confirmed entitlement applies. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed payment.

If Paddle and INSINTA offer a supported resume action before cancellation takes effect, the OWNER may resume the same subscription. A resume is effective only after authoritative Paddle confirmation. After cancellation has taken effect, a new purchase may be required.

11. Refunds, disputes, and access

The Refund Policy applies. After Paddle confirms a full refund of the paid entitlement, the organization becomes read-only; data is not automatically deleted. A partial refund alone does not terminate access. A chargeback or payment dispute is not automatically treated as a completed refund; access depends on confirmed provider state, security and fraud considerations, and applicable law.

12. Read-only and data requests

Read-only mode blocks organization business mutations but preserves supported authorized reading and account/session functions. INSINTA does not currently provide self-service bulk organization export or organization deletion. An authorized OWNER may request assisted export or deletion review through [email protected], subject to verification, technical capability, third-party rights, mandatory retention, evidence integrity, legal hold, and backup expiry.

13. Enterprise orders

An Enterprise arrangement exists only when an individually approved order is issued and accepted by authorized parties. Public plan prices are reference points, not an Enterprise quote. No custom capacity, service level, response time, support channel, migration, training, integration, data location, discount, or price protection applies unless expressly stated in the signed order.

14. Contact

Product and account support: [email protected]. Legal notices: [email protected]. Paddle order, cancellation, and refund support: Paddle.net and the links in Paddle transaction communications.
