1. Scope

This Policy applies to paid INSINTA subscriptions ordered through Paddle. Enterprise orders may contain expressly agreed terms, but mandatory rights and Paddle's role remain unaffected.

INSINTA does not offer an additional voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. This Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer, withdrawal, defect, tax, or other statutory right.

2. Paddle's role

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for Paddle orders. Paddle receives payment details, collects payment and applicable tax, issues transaction documents, decides and processes eligible refunds, and returns funds through the payment method or payment rails. INSINTA does not directly repay a Paddle buyer for a Paddle order.

Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the payment transaction. If those documents provide a mandatory or more protective buyer right, that right applies.

3. Cancellation is not a refund

A subscription may be canceled through Paddle's Customer Portal or Paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, prevents future renewal charges, and does not itself refund a completed payment. Paid INSINTA access remains through that period and then becomes read-only unless another entitlement applies.

4. Refund eligibility

Unless required by law or approved by Paddle under its policy, completed transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A refund may be available where mandatory law grants a withdrawal or refund right, Paddle determines that its policy applies, a product was not supplied as required, a material defect could not reasonably be remedied, or an approved Enterprise order expressly provides a right.

A request does not guarantee approval. Paddle verifies transaction records and applicable rights. Use of the product, fraud, abuse, duplicate requests, or inability to verify the transaction may be considered to the extent permitted by law, but cannot remove mandatory rights.

5. How to request a refund

Use the support link in the Paddle receipt or billing page, or visit Paddle.net and select the refund-support route. Product issues may also be reported to [email protected] so INSINTA can investigate and provide product evidence to Paddle where appropriate.

Provide the purchase email, Paddle transaction reference, organization name, and a concise explanation. Do not send a full card number, CVC, password, authentication token, or unnecessary identity document.

6. Full and partial refunds

After Paddle authoritatively confirms a full refund of the paid entitlement, INSINTA changes the organization to read-only. Organization data is not automatically deleted. Supported reads and account/session functions remain available unless restricted for security or law.

A partial refund alone does not terminate paid access or change plan capacity. Any provider-directed adjustment is applied only after authoritative reconciliation. INSINTA does not promise a particular processing time beyond applicable law and Paddle's published policy.

7. Chargebacks, reversals, and disputes

A chargeback, payment dispute, inquiry, or provisional reversal is not automatically treated as a completed refund. INSINTA may protect the account or restrict risky activity while Paddle or a payment provider investigates. The final access outcome follows authoritative provider status, confirmed payment entitlement, fraud and security considerations, and applicable law.

Buyers are encouraged to contact Paddle or INSINTA support before filing a chargeback, without limiting any lawful dispute right.

8. Data after refund or cancellation

Refund or cancellation does not itself delete organization records, incident history, evidence, audit records, billing records, or protected backups. INSINTA does not currently provide self-service bulk organization export or organization deletion. An authorized OWNER may request assisted export or deletion review through [email protected]. Requests require verification and remain subject to technical capability, third-party rights, lawful retention, evidence integrity, legal hold, and backup expiry.

9. Trials

The 14-day INSINTA trial requires no card and creates no charge, so there is no trial payment to refund. If a paid subscription is purchased before trial end, the remaining trial time has no cash or credit value and ends when paid access activates.

10. Complaints and mandatory rights

Payment and refund questions should first be submitted through Paddle.net. Product complaints may be sent to [email protected] and legal notices to [email protected]. This process does not prevent a buyer from exercising mandatory consumer rights, contacting a competent authority, or seeking a remedy available by law.

11. Changes

A published version will identify its version and effective date. INSINTA will notify Paddle of changes to refund terms or buyer contacts where required. The Paddle Refund Policy version applicable to a transaction is controlled by Paddle.
