1. Scope and agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of INSINTA, hosted software for managing organizations, locations, physical assets, digital asset passports, QR identities, incidents, evidence, operational work, approvals, notifications, and history.

INSINTA is intended for business use. A person registering, creating an organization, accepting a trial, or buying a subscription for an organization represents that the person is at least 18 years old, has legal capacity, and has authority to bind that organization. One subscription applies to one organization unless an individually signed Enterprise order states otherwise.

These Terms apply between the organization and the INSINTA operator. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to orders for which Paddle is Merchant of Record. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected, including any applicable consumer rights.

2. Accounts, roles, and security

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected]. Email verification may be required. Registration may require an invitation or approved access.

Organization Owners control membership and role assignment. OWNER, ADMIN, MANAGER, TECHNICIAN, and public-reporting capabilities are enforced by the service. A customer is responsible for authorizing its users, promptly removing access that is no longer needed, and ensuring that its use of INSINTA complies with law and workplace policies.

Personal account deletion requires authentication and may be blocked while the user still belongs to an organization. Deleting a personal account does not by itself delete organization records, incidents, evidence, or audit history.

3. Trial

An eligible organization may receive a 14-day free trial without providing a payment card. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription and INSINTA does not automatically charge at the end of the trial. The separate 14-Day Free Trial Terms apply.

The trial may be limited to one trial per organization or related business and may be refused or ended for fraud, abuse, security risk, or attempts to evade eligibility controls. At trial end, organization business operations may become read-only unless a paid subscription has been confirmed.

4. Paid subscriptions and Paddle

For orders processed by Paddle, the following required notice applies: “Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns”. Paddle receives payment details directly, processes payment and applicable taxes, and issues transaction documents. INSINTA provides and supports the product and does not receive full card numbers or card security codes.

The OWNER must review the selected plan, billing interval, price, currency, applicable taxes, renewal terms, and linked legal policies before confirming an order. Paid Subscription Terms and Refund Policy form part of the product agreement. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice govern Paddle's payment services.

Public catalog prices are:

  • Starter: USD 39 monthly or USD 390 annually.
  • Growth: USD 99 monthly or USD 990 annually.
  • Business: USD 249 monthly or USD 2,490 annually.
  • Enterprise: an individual proposal only; no fixed public price or included service commitment.

Annual prices equal ten monthly payments. Prices exclude taxes unless Checkout expressly shows otherwise. Current plan capacities appear on the Pricing page and in the Paid Subscription Terms.

5. Renewal, plan changes, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the selected monthly or annual period until canceled. Renewal charges are handled by Paddle.

An upgrade between available plans in the same billing interval takes effect after Paddle confirms the change and may result in immediate prorated payment calculated by Paddle. A downgrade is scheduled for the next renewal boundary: INSINTA preserves the paid current-plan access until that boundary, while the provider price is replaced using the approved no-immediate-charge/no-credit flow. Monthly-to-yearly and yearly-to-monthly changes within an existing subscription are not currently available.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. The organization retains paid access through that period and then becomes read-only unless another entitlement applies. A cancellation does not itself refund an earlier payment.

For a previously paid Paddle subscription with a confirmed PAST_DUE status, INSINTA may provide a grace period of up to seven days while payment recovery is attempted. This does not extend the contractual billing period, waive payment, or guarantee recovery. After grace or termination of paid access, organization business operations become read-only.

6. Plan limits and fair use

Plan limits cover organizations, active locations, active assets, members, private storage, and photos per report or proof submission. Incidents have no commercial count quota, and anonymous public reporters do not consume member capacity. Security, rate, abuse, file, storage, and technical safeguards continue to apply on every plan.

If a scheduled downgrade would place current usage above the target plan's limit, data is not automatically deleted. New operations that would increase exceeded capacity may be blocked until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded.

7. Customer content and public reports

Customers retain their rights in submitted content. They grant INSINTA a non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, transform, back up, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and lawfully operate the service.

The customer must have a lawful basis and necessary notices or permissions for account data, organization records, locations, assets, QR labels, incidents, notes, assignments, photos, and evidence. Public or anonymous reporters may submit incident text and evidence without an account. The customer is responsible for how its public QR labels are placed and for reviewing reports received through them.

Incident history and superseded evidence may be retained to preserve operational accountability. Customers must not upload secrets, payment-card data, unlawful content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.

8. Acceptable use

Users must not:

  • use INSINTA unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • access or attempt to access another organization without authority;
  • bypass authentication, permissions, plan limits, rate limits, or abuse controls;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where law expressly permits;
  • submit malicious files, false reports, harassment, or content that infringes rights;
  • resell or provide INSINTA to third parties without a signed authorization.

INSINTA may restrict access to protect users, the service, providers, or third parties, to address unlawful or abusive conduct, or to comply with legal obligations. Where practical and lawful, the affected customer will receive notice and an opportunity to remedy a remediable breach.

9. Availability, changes, and support

INSINTA is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, security work, provider failures, and events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. No uptime percentage, support response time, service credit, dedicated support, migration, training, data residency, or custom integration is promised unless stated in a signed Enterprise order.

INSINTA may improve or change the service. Material changes that materially reduce a paid core service will be communicated when reasonably practicable. Product support is available at [email protected]; Paddle order and refund support is available through Paddle.net and links in Paddle transaction communications.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

INSINTA, its software, documentation, design, and brand are owned by or licensed to the operator. Subject to these Terms, the organization receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during its trial or paid-access period.

Feedback may be used to improve INSINTA without payment or restriction, provided it does not require disclosure of customer confidential information or transfer ownership of customer content.

11. Confidentiality, privacy, and processing terms

Each party must protect non-public information received from the other and use it only to perform the agreement, except where disclosure is authorized or required by law. This does not cover information that is public without breach, independently developed, or lawfully received without confidentiality duty.

INSINTA independently determines the purposes and means of processing account administration, authentication, service security, billing administration, service communications, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and its own operational audit data, and acts as controller for that processing.

For member, location, asset, incident, workplace, evidence, and other operational data entered or submitted through customer-configured flows, the customer determines the purpose and permitted use and INSINTA processes that data on the customer's behalf. Public reports submitted through a customer's QR/reporting flow are customer-directed operational data, except that INSINTA independently controls the security, abuse-prevention, routing-integrity, and legal-compliance data it generates for that flow.

For customer-directed operational data, the customer instructs INSINTA through these Terms, product configuration and use, and documented support requests. INSINTA will process that data only on those documented instructions, including as needed to provide, secure, support, back up, and recover the service, unless applicable law requires other processing. If legally permitted, INSINTA will inform the customer of such a requirement.

INSINTA will limit access to authorized persons bound by confidentiality, maintain security measures appropriate to the service and risk, require subprocessors to protect the data, and remain responsible for their processing to the extent required by applicable law. INSINTA will provide reasonable assistance, considering the nature of the service and available information, with data-subject requests, security incidents, legally required impact assessments, and regulator inquiries relating to customer-directed processing.

The customer is responsible for lawful instructions, legal bases, notices, permissions, data accuracy, and responding as controller where applicable. On a verified request after service termination, INSINTA will return or delete customer-directed data where legally required and technically supported, except data that must remain for law, legal hold, third-party rights, evidentiary integrity, security, fraud prevention, or protected backup expiry. Retained data remains protected and is not used for unrelated purposes. INSINTA will provide information reasonably necessary to demonstrate these processing obligations; any additional audit procedure requires a separate written agreement.

The Privacy Policy provides further details. Privacy and export/deletion requests are handled through [email protected] after identity and authority verification.

12. Suspension, termination, and data access

The customer may stop using INSINTA and may cancel a paid subscription through the supported Paddle route. INSINTA may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risk, illegality, or a binding legal requirement.

After paid access ends, organization data remains readable through supported interfaces unless access must be restricted for security or law. INSINTA does not currently provide a self-service bulk organization export or organization-deletion control. An authorized OWNER may request assisted export or deletion review through [email protected]. Requests are subject to identity and authority verification, technical capability, third-party rights, mandatory retention, evidence integrity, legal hold, and backup expiry. Data is not automatically deleted solely because a trial, subscription, or refund ends.

13. Full refunds, partial refunds, and chargebacks

After Paddle confirms a full refund of the applicable paid entitlement, the organization becomes read-only. A partial refund alone does not terminate access. A chargeback or dispute does not automatically equal a completed refund; access decisions depend on the confirmed provider status, fraud and security considerations, and applicable law. The separate Refund Policy applies.

14. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, INSINTA is provided without implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of every submitted record. Customers remain responsible for physical safety decisions, maintenance, legal compliance, and independent records required for their operations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not impose an arbitrary contractual liability cap and do not create additional indemnity obligations. Liability is determined under applicable law.

15. Governing terms and disputes

The parties should first attempt to resolve product disputes through [email protected] and legal notices through [email protected]. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, contacting a competent regulator, or exercising mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms and the relationship between INSINTA and the customer are governed by the laws of Georgia, without giving effect to conflict-of-laws rules that would displace Georgian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Tbilisi, Georgia. This choice does not deprive any person of mandatory consumer, data-protection, jurisdiction, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restrict access to a competent authority. Paddle payment services remain governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, including their applicable country-specific provisions.

16. Electronic contracting and records

Before registration, trial activation, or purchase, the user can review linked terms and correct form entries before submission. A paid order is placed only after the authorized OWNER reviews the plan, interval, price, tax and total shown by Paddle, confirms authority, and accepts the linked policies. Paddle and INSINTA provide electronic confirmation and maintain the applicable transaction and policy-version records. Users should save or print the policies and confirmation for their records.

English is the master contractual language. Mandatory information is also provided separately in Georgian. Other interface translations are conveniences unless expressly identified as an approved contractual version.

17. Changes to these Terms

A published version will identify its version and effective date. Material changes will be notified through a reasonable product or email channel where required. If reacceptance is required, INSINTA will request it before continued protected use. Changes to Paddle terms or payment policies are controlled by Paddle.
